Meditation Practice

Be still and know that I am God

 Meditation Practice is centred around 4 tasks:

    1. Find a comfortable and alert position in which you can rest for a period of time

      - Silence is the great revelation (The Four Paths, p17, 33)

    2. Consciously relax your body

    3. Be open – with no expectation

    4. Chose a meditation tool to focus the mind from the suggestions below.

    5. When thoughts seek to claim your attention, note them then let them go.
